Introducing…The Synergy S.P.A.R. program!
This program is the next evolution of group training specifically designed for the more demanding gym go-getter. S.P.A.R. is geared towards the diverse athlete as well as the fitness enthusiast. This brand new training program is the combination of sports performance skills and weight lifting mixed into one badass session. The result is the creation of stronger, faster, and more powerful members and athletes.
S.P.A.R components include:
(S) SPEED: the rate at which someone is able to move or operate.
(P) POWER: the ability to exert a maximal force in as short a time as possible, as in accelerating, jumping and throwing implements.
(A) AGILITY is the ability to move and change direction and position of the body quickly and effectively while under control.
(R) RESISTANCE: resistance training is a form of exercise that improves muscular strength and endurance.

Our holistic approach to training challenges you both inside and outside of the gym by teaching the individual how to incorporate our training methods into their lifestyle. Members are challenged physically, mentally and emotionally by being taken out of their comfort zone to help the individual constantly strive for progression and success.
